This commercial solicitor role will see you handle an interesting mix of work. This will include commercial contracts, franchising and outsourcing contracts, technology contracts, IP matters as well as advising on data protection issues. You can look forward to working with a client list that is extensive and that spans a number of sectors.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a commercial lawyer with 4+ years' pqe. Possessing a well rounded technical skill set, you should be a good communicator who can forge long lasting relationships with clients.
