Reed Accountancy & Finance are on the lookout for an Accounts Administrator to join our client in Folkestone on a temporary basis. This 2-month role is to cover long-term sickness and has the potential to evolve into a permanent position within the organisation.

Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role:

  • Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices.
  • Matching, coding, and batching purchase ledger invoices.
  • Scanning invoices into the system accurately.
  • Distributing remittance advices to relevant parties.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date accounts email inbox.
  • Scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts paperwork diligently.

Accounts Administrator Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A passion for numbers and accounts is essential.
  • Studying towards an AAT qualification would be advantageous, though not required.
  • No prior working experience as an Accounts Administrator is necessary.
  • Ability to fully commit to an office-based role.
  • Available to start work immediately without any notice period.
