Our client is seeking two highly organised and confident Administrators to join its team on a job share basis. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office, providing clerical support, and maintaining effective communication within a small team. This is a part-time role based in Caerphilly town centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Support financial operations by managing invoices and basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage One.
  • Making outbound calls to customers and scheduling meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Excel etc) and Sage (preferably).
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers is essential.

Hours of work:
9.00am to 1.00pm
or
1.00pm to 5.00pm

Salary:
£12.50p/hr
(Paid weekly in arrears)
