THE ROLE Administrator with reception duties - hybrid

ESSENTIAL: Interested candidates must be interested in working in a partly on-site role

  • Working as a corporate Administrator / carrying out general reception duties
  • Meeting and greeting corporate clients and visitors, offering refreshments if appropriate.
  • Helping to organise a busy meeting rooms booking system.
  • Updating the database with various information
  • Assisting the EA with various tasks
  • Updating basic reports
  • Oversee a busy inbox
  • Deal with queries

Previous experince within an admin reception role as well good knowledge of MS office and Teams is required
