We have a fantastic opportunity to join a successful luxury goods company in Maidenhead in a newly created Part-time Receptionist role. This is a fully office based role working 5 hours a day, Monday - Friday, with some flexibility regarding the hours, ideally 9.30 - 2.30 or 10 - 3. The salary is up to £25k pro rata, so for 25 hours will be circa £16k.
Working alongside a full-time Receptionist and an Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all employees and visitors to the office, providing a warm welcome and positive atmosphere. Duties will include:
- Ensure the smooth running of reception
- Meet and greet visitors to the office
- Keep the visitor log updated and ensure correct badges are worn
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Order stationary and kitchen stock
- Assist with facilities management including contacting suppliers and contractors
