Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the procurement of goods and services in line with company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier information and purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Monitor stock levels and help manage inventory systems

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a procurement or administrative role is desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Tonbridge
