Atkinson Moss is delighted to be supporting a company based near Rackheath who have experienced significant growth over recent years in their search for a Finance Manager.
Excellent sales performance and further expansion opportunity has made it the right time for the business to re-frame their in-house accounting structure and this appointment will be the building block continued growth.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
- Production of monthly management accounts pack
- Assisting with annual budgets and forecasting
- Update/calculate cash flow requirements
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Overseeing sales ledger and reconciling any discrepancies
- Reviewing debtors and ensuring strong cash position
- Overseeing purchase ledger and supplier payments
- Producing monthly bank reconciliations
- Financial management of stock
- Maintaining finance systems
- Tax compliance
- Oversight of a small team
The ideal candidate will be qualified (ACCA/CIMA) and enthusiastic about building robust accounting processes. In return, the successful applicant will be able to shape a role in both team structure and systems usage. With further growth planned, this could be an exciting time for someone to join the business.
