Are you a Teaching Assistant local to either the Maidstone, Ashford or Canterbury areas? Then we urgently require you to help support our schools in Kent!

Three R's Teacher Recruitment have fantastic opportunities for motivated Teaching Assistants to join our highly supportive team as soon as possible. Teaching Assistants are pivotal to the success in the classroom and provide a great deal of support for teachers, therefore the successful candidate will be able to establish strong working relationships with staff and students alike.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will:

  • Have experience of supporting teaching and learning in primary schools
  • Support teaching and learning on both 1-1 and classroom basis in KS1 and KS2
  • Be an enthusiastic individual who can show initiative and enjoys working with children
  • Be resilient and solution-focused in engaging children's learning
  • Experience with SEN children not essential but an advantage, opportunities with SEN-working available
