Are you a Estimator from a Refurb / Fit Out background looking for a new challenge within a rapidly growing company where you will be a key player in operations and have autonomy over your work?
On offer is the opportunity to join a rapidly growing interior fit-out company with an extensive portfolio across the region, who pride themselves on delivering a expert-level consultancy service to their clients across various industries. With an emphasis on sustainability and cultivating wellbeing through design, the team are well known for their bespoke design.
You will be responsible for meeting with clients and advising on costings from proposal stage to final accounts, working with a small estimating team.
This role would suit an Estimator with a background in Refurb / Fitout, looking to join a thriving company in a role with fantastic benefits development opportunities.
The role:
- Completing job costings, posting tender valuations and final accounts
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure company and client needs are met
- Analysing technical drawings and other documentation
- Preparing proposals and bids
