As a Production Shift Manager, you will be accountable to the Production Manager for the operational output within your designated section to effectively manage all operations and ensure KPIs, targets and business objectives are met.
The Shift patterns for the role are Monday to Friday 6am till 2pm or 1.30pm till 9.30pm

- Being responsible for the management and development of Team Leaders and colleagues across four different lines.
- Leading teams on health & safety and quality standards adherence
- Being the Shift Manager lead for customer visits and audits, ensuring effective planning, coordination and delivery
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across a range of areas
- Carrying out line side SICs to filter information to the Production Manager for the shifts
