3rd Line EngineerAs our newest 3rd Line Engineer, you'll be the backbone of our operation, armed with the skills and passion to tackle any challenge head-on. From managing incidents with finesse to providing top-notch customer service, you'll be the driving force behind our success. With a current team of 5 2nd and 3rd line engineers, you will be the point of contact for escalations and supporting and leading the team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical leader in high-stakes situations.
- It serves as an escalation point for our stellar 2nd / 3rd line Engineers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Deliver against our KPIs with flying colours.
- Hands-on project delivery and initiation
