Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with one of our key clients, a people centric, circa 90 million turnover, Manufacturing business based in North Nottingham, to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.
As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure that management accounts and reporting are updated accurately and in a timely manner
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Business Partnering with Treasury and other areas of the business
- Monitor inventory cycle counts
- Monthly analysis of sales and cost of sales
- Review of new customer orders, ensuring adherence to their quotes
- Maintaining the standard costing system
- Calculating cost recovery rates
- Reporting any deviations from budget
- Monthly stock reconciliations
- Regular reviews with Treasury to ensure appropriate levels of hedged materials
The successful Finance Business Partner will have the following experience:
- Within statistical analysis and pattern recognition
- Financial forecasting
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Power Bi experience (advantageous)
As Finance Business Partner, you will be entitled to the following:
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Permanent contract
- Full-time (8:00am - 4:15pm - 45-minute lunch)
- Hybrid Working
