Description

The key responsibilities of an HR Associate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations
  • Assisting in the recruitment process and onboarding new hires
  • Maintaining HR records and databases
  • Coordinating HR projects and initiatives
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Addressing employee queries about HR-related issues
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
  • Supporting the HR department in organising company events

Profile

A successful HR Associate should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Familiarity with HR software and HR databases
  • Knowledge of labour legislation
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to commute to Wigan
