Your new role
In this role as Site Manager, your duties will be to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain high safety standards
- Manage the procurement of materials
- Resolve any issues that arise on site
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and site staff
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience with roofing or cladding projects.
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black Card.
- At least and NVQ level 4 in construction related topics.
