Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector for our client based in Witham on a permanent basis.
Main purpose of the role will be doing a full inspection of all manufactured products from start to finish. Using company process, comprehensive inspection of all stock, documenting every aspect against the relevant works order.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Inspecting of samples batches of balances for correct strength and straightness.
- Cleaning product to the company standard process ensuring correct labelling is in place.
- Carrying out any required minor repairs to all products at the end of the production process during the inspection.
- Implementing the continued production improvement programme activities.
- Inspection of bought in goods by a 3rd party manufactured product.
- Proactively embrace Total Quality Management through the production.
- process abiding by the company's ISO 45001 accreditation policy standard.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Experience in quality control.
- Experience in inspection of product and window fabrication.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30 / Friday 06:00 - 14:00
