Role Summary:
The Senior Manager, Leadership Development will work as part of the global team supporting the Director of Leadership Development and Culture to scope, architect and manage a portfolio of organisational development solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- To design engaging and impactful leadership development solutions
- To facilitate leadership team events and deliver leadership development virtually and in-person
- To engage globally on requirements, product testing and execution of curricula
- To contribute to the build of a hyperlinked development curriculum aligned to purpose and values
- To partner with external vendors as required to design and implement global programmes
- To define outcome measures and communicate return on investment
What You'll Bring:
Technical / Job Functional Knowledge
- A proven track record designing and delivering leadership development in a large and complex global business
- Deep expertise in, and curiosity for methods and approaches to designing and delivering leadership development.
- Has worked with subject experts and vendors to deliver learning.
- Solid experience of instructional design and of the creation of high quality, creative, and effective solutions
- Insight and expertise on industry trends and best practices, to challenge the way we apply learning in our organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing end to end learning solution life cycle
- People leadership experience
