Role Summary:

The Senior Manager, Leadership Development will work as part of the global team supporting the Director of Leadership Development and Culture to scope, architect and manage a portfolio of organisational development solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design engaging and impactful leadership development solutions
  • To facilitate leadership team events and deliver leadership development virtually and in-person
  • To engage globally on requirements, product testing and execution of curricula
  • To contribute to the build of a hyperlinked development curriculum aligned to purpose and values
  • To partner with external vendors as required to design and implement global programmes
  • To define outcome measures and communicate return on investment

What You'll Bring:

Technical / Job Functional Knowledge

  • A proven track record designing and delivering leadership development in a large and complex global business
  • Deep expertise in, and curiosity for methods and approaches to designing and delivering leadership development.
  • Has worked with subject experts and vendors to deliver learning.
  • Solid experience of instructional design and of the creation of high quality, creative, and effective solutions
  • Insight and expertise on industry trends and best practices, to challenge the way we apply learning in our organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing end to end learning solution life cycle
  • People leadership experience

  • Passion for developing people to enable business growth
  • Confident communicator; with the ability to engage and collaborate across the organisation.
  • Champions innovation and creativity, reads widely
