Our top legal client are currently searching for an experienced legal secretary to join their Private Client department in Holbeach on a permanent basis.
Key duties to include:
- Undertaking copy/audio typing tasks.
- Diary management.
- Managing key administrative files.
- Correspondence with clients.
- Assisting with the composition of wills.
- Assisting with deed binding.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous secretarial experience in a Private Client department.
- Fast and accurate typing speed.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Task and time management skills.
