Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk (Part-Time)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 FTE
Contract: Temporary-to-Permanent
Location: Cheshire
Castlefield Recruitment are currently partnering with a Charitable organisation in Cheshire who are looking to recruit a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temp-to-permanent basis. The role will be for 15 hours a week, and once made permanent, will be offering a salary between £25,000 – £26,000 per annum FTE.
Duties:
- Maintain the payments inbox, inputting purchase invoices and credits
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers
- Maintain the integrity of purchase ledger accounts including matching, batching and coding invoices
- Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Assist with any other ad-hoc finance duties
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience working within an Accounts Payable position
- Exposure to detailed accounting, data and reconciliations
- AAT qualification or equivalent (desirable)
