About the role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be supporting our Head of Performance Marketing & Performance and Marketing Managers to execute initiatives whilst also driving direct digital distribution activity across languages and locations through performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, affiliates, digital media). You will specialise on defined digital marketing channels to optimise performance but have the flexibility to support across the full digital marketing mix when required (including PPC, SEO, affiliate, display, email, website, app & social)
You will be responsible for:
- Developing campaigns and implement effective initiatives to acquire & retain customers through digital performance channels as part of agile teams.
- Ongoing development of all performance marketing activities working closely with Managers for continued improvement.
- Reporting, analysing & optimising performance marketing channels daily to improve overall passenger business performance.
- Working with all performance marketing agencies/suppliers and affiliate networks.
- Proactively supporting managers to work towards specifically outlined objectives across the performance strategies.
- Researching and identifying new developments and trends within the Digital Marketing industry for continual expansion, growth and improvement, individually and for the brand.
- Ensuring campaigns and projects across marketing are fully supported within the performance marketing activities.
- Supporting colleagues in Technology & Innovation function to ensure effective digital marketing tooling and technology.
About you
We are on the hunt for a dynamic and skilled marketing professional with over 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing channels, particularly PPC, SEO, affiliates, and digital media. If you have a knack for understanding the broader digital landscape and excel in both written and verbal communication, this role is for you. Your exceptional English language skills and keen attention to detail will set you apart as you creatively combine analytical insights with execution. Proficiency with top-tier digital marketing tools and reporting suites like Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and Facebook Business Manager is crucial. While experience in ecommerce and knowledge of the travel and digital marketing industries are desirable, what we value most is your ability to work seamlessly with various departments, including Marketing and Passenger functions. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in multi-language marketing will give you an edge. A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital, or Business is a plus.
