This is a superb opportunity for an experienced qualified conveyancing solicitor or legal executive who is looking to join a very well run firm.
Salary will be very competitive and with succession planning in place you will be interested in the possibility of a partner level opportunity in the medium term.
You would be expected to work in the office five days a week 9 til 5.30 - hybrid working is not available, this seems to work well for the firm and for everyone who works there.
You will have upwards of 5 yeas PQE and be able to handle your own caseload without supervision.
This isn't a supervisor or team lead role, there will be others in that position however good performance will be recognised and clear career paths are available.
This is a fee earning role dealing with a mixed caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and re-mortgages.
The firm want someone to build their reputation across Wiltshire and to engage in business development.
You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
