Job Title: Social Worker - Children With Disabilities
Location: Cheshire West
Join the Children with Disabilities Team in Cheshire West. This is an agency role offering a competitive hourly rate of £40 p/h, a manageable caseload and Hybrid Working.
What You Will Do:
- Hold Care and Support cases, and potentially conduct initial assessments.
- Manageable caseload within a supportive team environment.
- Support children with disabilities or health diagnoses to lead fulfilling lives, addressing a range of conditions.
- Conduct carers assessments as part of the social work role.
