Day-to-day of the role:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of leasehold and franchise agreements.
- Provide legal advice on matters related to property leaseholds, franchising, and related disputes.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the delivery of legal services and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Manage multiple cases efficiently, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with changes in leasehold and franchise law to provide the most current advice to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in leasehold and/or franchise law.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in a legal context.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
