Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Building relationships across the business and being a key figure for the finance function
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- CIMA/ACA/ACCA essential.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
