Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal growth of each pupil.
- Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils.
- Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils' learning and development.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching in KS1.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- Be passionate about teaching and committed to fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to inspire, motivate, and engage pupils.
- Be committed to the values and ethos of the school.
