We are working alongside one of Europe's leading suppliers of IT solutions, recruiting a Credit Controller to join their mid-sized finance team in Chippenham. This role will be responsible for ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner and resolving potential delays in payments by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
What you'll be doing?
- Ensuring the receivable ledger is reviewed on a daily basis
- Chasing up unpaid invoices and following up on previous requests for payment
- Using accounting systems such as Navision and SAP
- Allocating incoming payments to relevant accounts in SAP
- Completing daily sales invoicing
- Inputting invoices onto customer portals
- Dealing with and resolving customer queries
- Completing associated administration tasks
What you'll need to apply?
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
