Cobalt is delighted to be supporting a leading Build to Rent specialist, dedicated to providing exceptional residential experiences. They manage a diverse portfolio of rental properties and utilise advanced property management systems to ensure operational efficiency and superior customer service. As part of this growth, they are seeking a Yardi Support Analyst to come in & provide technical support and maintenance for the Yardi property management system.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the Yardi property management system, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Assist with the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Yardi system.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide training and support.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and security.
- Work with IT and other departments to integrate Yardi with other systems and software.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and procedures.
- Stay updated on Yardi system updates and new features to recommend enhancements.
- Participate in IT projects related to system upgrades, integrations, and improvements.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience as a Support Analyst or in a similar role supporting Yardi or other Property Management Systems.
- Experience within Real Estate is a must have.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
