PROPERTY MANAGER
Location: Bromley, BR1
Salary: £32k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to assist with the care for their Lettings portfolio across the Bromley area.
You will have a natural diplomacy and will be decisive when faced with difficult problems; you will also need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload as you will be managing a portfolio of properties.
Most importantly, you will need to maintain the first-class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on.
The role will involve assisting with the management of their portfolio which includes adhering to Landlords instructions, ensuing all properties have valid Gas Safety certificates, issuing works orders making sure the works are carried out and the Landlord and Tenants are kept updated, dealing with deposit releases, and serving appropriate notices.
The right candidate will need to hit the ground running, so previous experience in the role is essential!
Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Hold a full UK driving license and car owner
- Local to the Bromley area
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
