Medical Information Officer

Are you a life science graduate? Or, are you a healthcare professional with similar experience?

Our client operates from offices in Challenge House, Bletchley situated in Milton Keynes. They are an outsourcing provider of medical information enquiry handling and pharmacovigilance services to various clients within the pharmaceutical industry.

We are currently recruiting for a Medical Information Officer.

You will be responsible handling all enquires that come in daily by email, telephone or in writing accurately logging every case and follow through with the relevant escalation procedures.

You will apply your excellent IT skills to use the company's bespoke Platform on which all data is processed and tracked.

You will be expected to apply your knowledge and experience to triage incoming enquiries to identify adverse events or product quality complaints.

You will be able to competently use the SPC.PIL or ASRs in conveying your response to patients or healthcare professionals about the safe use of the product in question.

Using your prioritising skills to meet customer (caller and/or client) deadlines particularly in clinical situations is essential.
