Key Responsibilities:
Provide support across the whole school, including small group and 1-1 work. ???�???
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. ??
Promote an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all students. �?
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. ??
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child. ???
Requirements:
Ideally, a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. �?
Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential. ??
A positive attitude and a passion for working with primary-aged children. ??
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. ??
