Are you a recently graduated Civil Engineer who is proficient in 2D AutoCAD, looking to kick-start their career in a company that offer on the job training, hybrid working with flexible hours and fast progression into senior and management roles?
This fast growing and ambitious company, established in 2006, are Flood Risk and Prevention Consultants based in the UK, and are looking to expand their team of Engineers to keep up with an ever increasing workload.
In this autonomous and varied role, you will be undertaking flood risk assessments, reviewing and designing drainage plans and creating detailed reports to ensure smooth project delivery from conception to completion. You will have flexible working hours, working 3 days from home, liaising with clients to ensure correct data is assembled, reviewed and translated into developing state of the art, bespoke drainage systems for each project's needs.
This varied and dynamic role would suit a recently graduated Civil Engineer who is looking to kick-start their career in a fast-growing company that offer hybrid working, on the job training and progression into senior and management roles.
The Role:
- Reviewing data for Drainage Design and developing designs using 2D AutoCAD
- Conducting Flood Risk Assessments
- Client liaison via Teams meetings
- Hybrid Working with flexible hours
- Occasional site visits
The Person:
- Flood Risk Engineer or recent Civil Engineering Graduate
- Proficient in 2D AutoCAD
- Commutable to Bedford 2 days a week
