Are you a Corporate Solicitor with between four and six years' PQE and looking to move to an innovative, award-winning boutique We are working with this firm to find the next addition to their successful corporate team who focus on start-up and scale-up entrepreneurial businesses. Due to steady year on year growth, they are looking to appoint an Associate level lawyer who will have experience in the following.

  • M&A transactions acting on buy side and sell side
  • Funding rounds, including negotiating areas such as share vesting and leaver provisions
  • Shareholders' agreements
  • Corporate reorganisations and restructures
  • Joint ventures

The firm offer a hybrid work model supported by the latest technology to enable you to work from home 2 days per week with the remaining 3 days at their central London office.
