Interim Group Financial Controller

We are recruiting an experienced, qualified, Interim Group Financial Controller to manage a team through a period of change, for a mid-size and complex global B2B services group. Hybrid near Bristol.

The role is responsible for delivering all consolidated global reporting, accounting and controls.

Key elements of the position involve:

  • Lead, stabilise and develop the finance team.
  • Ensure the delivery of robust consolidated monthly management information, reports and board pack.
  • Oversee acquisition accounting and support M&A integration.
  • Tight balance sheet review.
  • Weekly cashflow forecasting.
  • Deliver statutory accounts within tight deadlines.
  • Own the budget and forecasting process.
  • Management of indirect costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in controls and processes.

Candidates need to demonstrate at least 3 years' experience in a similar role within a larger sized Group, with strong management and technical accounting skills.
