In this fully remote position, the Senior Treasury Analyst will prepare cash-flow forecasting for all 22 National Organisations (NO) and Implementing Member Organisations (IMO), along with taking responsibility for coordinating and collating all cash flow forecasting requirements for all 60 Country Offices (CO) of the organisation.

Description
- Refine and update cash flow forecasts based on input from various internal teams, ensuring timely communication of changes to senior treasury leadership. Cash flow forecasting will account for approximately 30-40% of this role.
- Oversee the setup, documentation, and monitoring of cash flow hedges, collaborating with technical accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Act as a deputy for the Head of Treasury, supporting compliance with financial market regulations and sanctions related to treasury activities, including OFAC, Dodd-Frank, and EMIR requirements.
- Assist in drafting and consulting on new or revised global treasury policies and procedures, particularly those involving financial instruments and treasury services.
- Manage counterparty investment risks across a defined number of institutions to minimize exposure and ensure compliance with board policies.
- Analyze financial activity, including cash flow, assets, liabilities, and transactions; prepare reports and forecasts to support strategic treasury management.
- Ensure financial efficiency and operational sustainability across treasury activities.
- Oversee the review process for funding budgets, field office cash flow forecasts, and hedging strategies.
- Maintain and update treasury policies and operational controls to align with current practices and industry standards.
- Supervise regulatory and audit submissions, including US FBAR filings and treasury-related audits.
Profile
A successful Senior Treasury Analyst should have:
- ACT, AAT or/and ACCA, CIMA qualified.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including expertise in complex data analysis.
- Hands-on experience as an active SAP user (or other large ERP), with a strong understanding of its applications in finance and treasury.
- Proven knowledge and practical experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong aptitude for prioritizing workloads in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary package in the range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
