Duties will include:
- covering a full caseload of probate
- Taking instructions from clients and advising
- will drafting
- tax planning
- Court of Protection
- Power of Attorney work
To be successful you will need :
- Previous private client experience as a fee earner CILEX/SQE's/Law Graduate/Paralegal
- Excellent communication skills dealing with a variety of private client matters
- Salary is negotiable and not capped depending on your experience
