A market leading, award winning Construction Consultancy in Salford is looking to add a talented Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will join an innovative, dynamic team of professionals who operate out of four offices nationwide, with a particularly strong presence in the North West.
Working on an exciting array of projects that span the Education, Residential, Student Accommodation, Health, Regeneration, Leisure, Commercial and Retail sectors. The new Quantity Surveyor will have no shortage of exciting schemes to get involved in.
This project diversity and industry exposure, alongside a team of Chartered senior professionals and an enviable internal APC programme, could prove to be the ideal environment for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor in need of greater support with the APC and a structured plan to achieve Chartership.
The Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be eager for a hands on role, eager to take on greater responsibility and progress long term to a senior role - following support with chartership. You will also have:
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- Pre and Post contract experience
- A Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree qualification
- The desire to complete MRICS / currently working towards
