Position: Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer
Location: Covering Manchester to Leeds
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £28,000 to £32,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer for a full time permanent position covering and area from Manchester across to Leeds.
This position will be dealing with commercial maintenance that includes basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, water flushing, legionella testing as well as other duties. If this engineer will be dealing with a lot of compliance maintenance
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial building service maintenance. They need to be willing to travel across the North West and Yorkshire and holding a full UK driving licence.
We would like this engineer to be holding a level 2 qualification in either carpentry, painting and decorating or plumbing.
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Can be based in the North West or West Yorkshire
- Level 2 qualification
- Happy to travel across the North
- Must have experience in water flushing and legionella testing
- Able to do compliance testing
