Description
- Building a strong family bond between the company, Convenience, Discounters, Wholesale and Ireland, where there is huge opportunities for growth across the brand.
- Full P&L ownership of the channel 'Outside Mainstream Retail' reporting into MD
- Ownership of the H2W sales strategy for this channel (Convenience, Discounters, Wholesale, Ireland) as agreed with the senior team UK & parent company
- Work with the MD and the wider senior team to agree on the right strategy to drive growth in the channel
- A focus on getting into the Coop as well as driving sales in SPAR, NISA, Booker and Costco
- A proactive/positive relationship within all customers
- Own the businesses relationship with the customer
- Drive distribution supported by a dedicated category resource
- Drive distribution by trialling and looking at longer term solution for external field sales support
- Deliver the Sales numbers (volume, value & profit) as per the agreed budget
- Own the shopper plan for your customers through the marketing team
- Own the spend across all activities promotions, overriders, trade marketing
Profile
- A real passion for food and quality ingredients
- A truly entrepreneurial spirit, a self starter comfortable with change & ambiguity
- Proven hands on, can do attitude, a passion to learn
- Experience across Coop, SPAR, NISA, Booker and Costco preferable
- Experience of working with external field sales operators preferable
- Must be able to access Berkshire 3 days pw
