Do you want to work from home and have excellent customer services and client relationship skills..? IF so read on and we have an amazing opportunity to join our highly successful clients who are recruiting an experienced Customer Services team player to add to their team!

Career progression, remote or hybrid await the right candidate who has previous call center or customer services skills! You must be able to access training at their London based offices and be happy to attend regular 121s and team meetings here also so should live within a reasonable commute.

THE "Customer Service" Role

As Customer Services you will be:

  • Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
  • Taking and opening case files for customer enquiries
  • Chasing responses and dealing with clients within set time-scales
  • Updating the central system with project progress
  • Working as part of a busy team to SLA markers

CUSTOMER Services Requirements

The Customer Services candidate should have:

  • Previous Customer services experience from an office environment
  • Able to multi task and work within a busy team
  • Deliver first class Customer Service via phone and email

Excellent salary and benefits await with this Customer Service role

Mon to Fri - no weekends

Job Type: Full-time £24,000.00 per year
