My client, a thriving business from the professional services sector with offices across Essex and Suffolk are looking to recruiting a HR Advisor.
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their busy HR Department and provide support in all areas of HR operations. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will advise and support managers across the Firm on all aspects of people management, including employee relations and recruitment. The role will be fast paced and highly reactive, but you will also have the opportunity to assist with the delivery of people orientated projects, designed to continuously improve the business.
About you:
You will have had previous hands on and practical experience in an HR Advisor or Employee Relations role, preferably within the professional services sector. You will be a highly resilient, adaptable and motivated self-starter, able to work equally well as a team or independently as required. Your planning, prioritisation and time management skills must be second to none as should your interpersonal and communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are your strengths, along with a good understanding of employment law.
