Head of Asset Management
Goodman Masson are working with a large Housing Association in the South East to secure the services of a Head of Asset Management.
Rate: £500-£700 per day depending on experience
Duration: 6 months initially
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the asset management strategy to optimize the performance and value of the property portfolio
- Overseeing the maintenance, refurbishment, and improvement of properties
- Managing budgets, forecast expenditure, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Leading a high-performing asset management team
- Collaborating with several key stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective asset management and service delivery.
- Utilising data and analytics to inform asset management decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role within the sector
- Strong stakeholder engagement
