We are currently supporting a school in Hartlepool who are looking for a diligent and dependable School Caretaker to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the school premises.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the security of the school buildings and grounds.
- Assist with setting up for school events and activities.
- Conduct regular health and safety checks.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Practical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service is essential.
