Sales Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to support our sales team and contribute to our success. The role involves a range of administrative tasks, from liaising with solicitors to managing data on sales systems. This position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist the Sales Office Manager with the progression of sales from reservation to legal completion, including liaising with solicitors and collating legal documents.
  • Provide secretarial support to the sales department, including producing documents, managing diaries, organising meetings, and general administration.
  • Record and update sales information such as reservations, cancellations, exchanges, and completions on the sales system.
  • Coordinate information distribution between the sales department and other divisions.
  • Handle enquiries from prospective customers, record customer details, and produce marketing materials as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a busy and fast-paced administrative role.
  • Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent organisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems.
