Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as an Administrator/Acting Supervisor/Machine Operator. This temporary position offers the opportunity for permanent employment following a successful 12-week probation period.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervisory Duties: Oversee production operations in the absence of the Supervisor, ensuring efficiency and safety on the shop floor.

Administrative Tasks: Manage office duties for up to 3 hours per day, including:

Sending emails and maintaining communication with suppliers

Filling out and managing Excel documents daily

Keeping accurate records of staff training and PPE supplies

Shop Floor Support: Assist in machine operation and production activities as required, working collaboratively with other Supervisors and Managers.
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer skills, including email communication and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
