We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join a dynamic company located in the bustling heart of London. This permanent role is an integral part of the HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and providing essential support across the business.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide efficient administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Offer administrative assistance in Employee Relations cases as needed.
  • Proactively manage HR processes, including the induction of new starters.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operations and participate in ad-hoc projects.
  • Compile end-of-year reports and support with monthly payroll verification.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
