About you:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3 years + PQE in Family Law,
- Collaborative with a positive and proactive approach,
- Committed to the needs of the clients and the firm,
- Experience in TLATA proceedings would be an advantage.
The role:
You will be covering a full and varied caseload of family law matters, including both contentious and non-contentious matters to include:
- Divorce and dissolution,
- Financial remedy,
- Private law children,
- Separation/cohabitation and other private law family matters.
You will be:
- Meeting all court deadlines and attending court,
- Maintaining financial control, billing procedures and collection of account monies,
- Developing and maintaining client relationships,
- Ensuring the highest standards of client care,
- Participating in activities organised by the Marketing department and taking advantage of networking and business development opportunities to benefit the firm,
- Maintaining Lexcel compliance and comply with all regulatory obligations.
