Customer Service Advisor
37.5 hrs per week includes occasional weekend work
5 day working week
Rota shift is either for a 8am-4pm shift or a 9am-5pm.
We are recruiting for several customer service, and office professional positions in the North Manchester / Oldham area, all focussed on customer services.
The company is a large national business that employs thousands across the UK. You will be given lots of training and support to do your role in a supportive environment. The company prides itself on having a positive and engaging work culture, winning multiple awards.
- We have immediately available positions with interviews taking place on Friday 6th August, to start work on Monday 12th August.
- We have inbound customer service-focussed work with some data entry.
- You will be answering customer queries and answering service lead queries from the general public.
- Paid training onsite: Monday - Friday for 2 weeks
- You will receive full training and support from an existing team.
- This is an office-based role, not a hybrid/home-based based.
This role is to start immediately on a 12 week temp to perm basis.
We are looking for reliable people, who have some experience of Contact Centre / Office / Customer Service work experience - we are flexible as it's more about the person and your 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.
We have long-term temporary contracts or temp to perm contracts available.

This would suit someone local to Oldham, the starting salary is £11.44 per hour.
