We are currently looking for a Multi Trade to carry out day to day repairs on social housing properties around Warwickshire. This is an ongoing contract, on a self employed basis for a minimum of four months
The Multi Trade will have to complete repairs using their skillset, which should include:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Patch plastering
- Tiling
- Other trades you are competent in
I am looking to speak to a Multi Trade who:
- Has experience working on social housing contracts
- Has their own van
- Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
In return, the Multi Trade will receive:
- £23 per hour
- Fuel Expenses
- 40 hours per week on a long term contract
- A minimum of 4 months work
