A brand-new opportunity to join a top 30 Law firm based in Birmingham, we are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join an IT team which is 20 strong working on a hybrid setup which involves 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that has embraced flexible working, offer fantastic benefits and is going through a period of further expansion across the IT team.
The role will essentially be a 1st and 2nd line support role, which will involve phone fixes and deskside support, there is also the opportunity to travel to other offices as and when for project-based work or rollouts.
From a tech perspective, you shall be working across the following IT estate:
- Win 10
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Wifi / Networking
- Mobile device support
- Legal applications support
- ITIL
- Remote access tools

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience providing IT Support within a law firm or professional services environment.
