The Role
They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their growing Marketing function. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will lead the end-to-end campaigns across PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Organic campaigns.
This is an opportunity to work alongside an established Marketing team in the B2B audience growth of the business, utilising Digital channels to promote and advertise the business services, as well as support the sales function to generate leads and promote new business growth.
You will have a progression plan from day one to move up the ranks into a more Senior role, and line manage more junior members of the team.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in a B2B Tech business environment, whether in-house or through agency clients
- Digital, hands-on skillset across PPC, SEO, Email Marketing and Social Media management
- Wider knowledge or an interest in the Tech landscape
- Ability to commute to the Reading office 3x per week
- Confidence in communicating with SLT and Senior stakeholders
