We are currently working with a well-respected and highly successful professional services organisations to find them a Global Mobility professional to join them on a 12-months+ FTC to start ASAP.
This is a central role coordinating global moves, not just UK inbound so experience in a similar role is strongly desired. The role will be hybrid, working two days per week out of their stunning London offices in the heart of the City.
Working as a small team, reporting to the Director of Global Mobility and with extensive liaison with stakeholders across the world, this role will find you right at the heart of their global mobility strategic hub as part of an incredibly supportive team.
Duties will include;
- Provide support and guidance throughout the move process.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, consultants and hiring managers to help and advise them through the mobility process.
- Work with external immigration advisers to review applications and ensure immigration compliance.
- Monitor and maintain the Global Mobility case management system.
- Support the mobility activities ensuring global alignment of best practices and policy.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and supported.
Key skills and attributes for this role are strong stakeholder management skills, sound technical knowledge of immigration law together with a passion for developing best practice mobility policies.
This is a busy, "high-touch" role so will be brilliant for a dynamic, ambitious candidate looking to work in a really varied role, for a global organisation - but who can work autonomously with minimal oversight on a day to day basis.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years' experience gained working within inhouse global mobility teams of large commercial organisations.
